3161381 - Clicking on linked customer journey maps from a dictionary entry displays error in the Hub

In the dictionary entry in the Collaboration Hub, clicking on the linked diagram in "Used in Customer journey Maps" section ends as an error.

"Something went wrong. You can try again later or contact the SAP Signavio Support Team".

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed. If you are affected by this issue and want to be kept up to date about this issue, please create a ticket in our Support Portal and reference the ticket number SPM-14418.
