3161418 - Signavio links in Microsoft Office products returns error "The requested information cannot be downloaded"

When clicking on the links in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel or PowerPoint, the error message always pops up saying "The requested information cannot be downloaded". 

This is a known issue with Microsoft Office products. We cannot provide any external links on behalf of Microsoft, but if you look into Microsoft documentation with "Error message when selecting hyperlink in Office" or"hyperlink returns 'Cannot download information you requested'", or contact your IT department and Microsoft Support.
