3161438 - Workflow Accelerator public API time out

Symptom

We are experiencing an issue with Workflow Accelerator public API. It appears the response is timing out. We use a script to page through all the data and get the results. By repeatedly attempting the script, we can (so far) eventually get it to work – but we need these API calls to work reliably. 


Resolution

In order to improve performance of API responses, please paginate your results. Here's our knowledgebase article on this topic:

If you already paginate but still get the same results, please email support@signavio.com, or create a ticket in our Support Portal. In the meantime, try reducing the number of data in your set to see if that improves performance.
