3161539 - Not all necessary data for the process documentation could be collected, because the element of the template with id 'canvas' of type 'Template' caused an internal error.

When I generate the process documentation, I receive this error

Cause: Reason: Not all necessary data for the process documentation could be collected, because the element of the template with id 'canvas' of type 'Template' caused an internal error. You may be able to avoid the error by changing attributes of the element in the template or by removing it completely. Notify the administrator of your workspace if you don't have access to the template.

This is a known issue and has already been forwarded to our developers to get this fixed.

If you are affected by this issue, please create a ticket in the SAP Support Launchpad and reference the ticket number CS-2617 with the following information:

• SGX export of the affected diagram
• Mention if this diagram was imported from another software (with the name and version of this software)
