When I try to save a diagram, the system shows the error message: "Something went wrong when trying to save your diagram. Please try again. If you continue having this problem, please contact the Signavio Support via the envelope symbol in the toolbar."
Resolution
In order to save your work please try the following: mark all of the diagram contents (Ctrl+A), copy them (Ctrl+C), paste (Ctrl+V) in a new editor tab/window and try to save it once more.
