Postal code field is not created and mapped with the standard Job Requisition Template.

The Postal code is not displayed in the job requisition.

Go to Manage Recruiting Posting >

1. Job Posting Rules
2. click Field completion 
3. select a Job requisition template name.
4. Select Location field and then Postal Code.

Postal code field is not created and mapped with the standard Job Requisition Template.

In the job requisition process, the postal code field must be created and mapped to the Job Requisition Template before it can be filled in job requisition page.

Note: When a job is manually posted for the first time, the postal code field is mandatory.

If an already posted job offer is edited, the system will call the API again and check the “postal code” field.

          •       If the API indicates that the postal code field does not exist or is empty, the system will automatically clear the previous value.

          •       This will trigger the following error message:

“This field has been cleared because no value exists for the corresponding job requisition field.”
