Symptom
An out-of-space exception is raised during Select statement, and a cleanup routine is called. As part of the cleanup, the user connection is destroyed. However, the connection has a unreported pending error, and this triggers a second abort, resulting in a double-abort scenario.
IQ crashing with the following error without additional stack trace info...
