3164078 - Promotion: can we default the employee responsible?

While integrating C4C with another system you want to know if it is possible to set a user determination for the employee responsible of the promotion object.

Currently the logged-in user gets selected by default as "Employee Responsible" for promotions. There is no configuration available in the system to set a specific user by default  for external integration in the current standard system (no routing rules for example).
