3164215 - Credit account and risk category missing from sales documents (FSCM)

The credit account (VBAK/LIKP-KNKLI) and the risk category (VBAK/LIKP-CTLPC) are not populated in sales orders or deliveries, although they are required for SAP Credit Management (FSCM).

Missing credit master data can result in:

• No credit check; the credit status of the sales documents displays "Not performed."
• No updates to the credit exposure.
• Customer/BP name (VBKRED-NAME1) and address details may be missing in transactions VKM1 and VKM4.
