3164221 - Cannot Sync O365 Sessions to Calendar

Symptom

Cannot sync O365 sessions to the calendar.

Environment

SAP Litmos LMS

Reproducing the Issue

  • register to a session.
  • The session should be added automatically.
  • Check for the session details in the calendar.
  • The session won't sync.

Cause

Due to the browser's cache memory, the session details are not in sync with the calendar.

Resolution

The Browser's Cache memory has to be cleared.

This will sync the sessions to your calendar.
