Symptom

Portable version of the cloud connector fails to start with below error:

Using CATALINA_HOME:   /usr/sap/<SID>/sapcc
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /usr/sap/<SID>/sapcc/temp
Using JRE_HOME:        /usr/lib64/jvm/jre-<vers>
Using CLASSPATH:       <classpath>
Using CATALINA_OPTS:   <opts>
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
