3164411 - Change Log Information is not in Synchronization with Header and Feed

After removing an account-contact relationship you notice that the change log information is not in synchronization with the information shown in header and feed

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers workcenter 
2. Go to Contacts workcenter view
3. Select show all and find for ABC (ABC represents the name of the contact)
4. Open the Contact and go to Changes facet
5. Here you will see that the e-mail changed from xyz123@xyz123.com to empty, where the modification type is Delete (xyz123@xyz123.com is a representational e-mail address)

Nevertheless, in the header UI, e-mail field has value xyz123@xyz123.com , but in the feed tab, it showed as e-mail updated to xyz123@xyz123.com by user GHI (GHI represents the name of the business user)

Moving a Contact from one account to another means technically a deletion of the old relationship and a creation of a new one.
Within the Changes tab of the contact you can see the deletion of the old one relationship (also the deletion of the contact person workplace e-mail address).

For creations there will be no entry in the changes tab, which means when the data is created for the first time this wont reflect in the change log as this is creation but not a change. Change log shows data for certain fields that to if the field is either updated or deleted

At the same time, the feeds update (based on the configuration, if done) comes up because of the newly entered e-mail on the newly created contact relationship

these are all independent activities and hence result in ambiguity, but this is the expected system design.
