Symptom

  • Custom workflow user decision step action is not executed from My Inbox application even decision should be executed without any /IWWRK/BADI_WF_BEFORE_UPD_IB BAdI implementation.
  • User decision step workitem remains in My Inbox. The same user decision in working in SBWP.
