3164577 - Provide SAP Consultant access to Cloud Integration tenant on Cloud Foundry environment

Symptom

  • SAP consultant requires access to your Cloud Integration (former CPI) WebUI and/or SAP BTP Sub-Account, which is on Cloud Foundry (CF) environment, and provides you with their mail address.
  • You have added the SAP Consultant user to your Cloud Integration tenant on CF environment but the Consultant faces an HTTP 403 error.

Note: This KBA is only applicable to Cloud Foundry Feature Set B. If your Cloud Integration is on NEO environment, refer to SAP KBA 2339299 - Provide SAP Consultant access to Cloud Integration tenant on NEO environment
