3164689 - Quick action background color in Home Page

• Changing Quick Action background color in theme manager does not take effect
  
• Unable to change Quick card background
• New color of Quick Action is not reflected on the system

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Home Page
2. Select Quick Actions
3. Choose from 2 options:
   • 5 Colors
   • 1 Color

The absence of the five different colors on the Quick Actions is due to your system employing a custom theme.

When using default theme, make sure to set the Landing page theme to "Use this theme" so that you can change the Quick Action cards background in theme manager.

If you are using a custom theme, the settings within the custom theme take precedence, that is, custom themes override the options on "Manage Quick Cards" page.

The options under  "Manage Home Page > Manage Quick Cards > Colors" if for customers who want to use the default SAP color palette, not a custom theme.

Note: Quick Action cards color changed in theme manager will not take effect on mobile Quick Action cards.
