3164732 - Product Determination ATP Not Showing As Expected

(Available to Promise) ATP -  Product determination is not showing as expected: you see a difference between quotes created in ERP and C4C for same products.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work centre.
2. Go to the Sales Quotes view.
3. Compare a quote created in ERP with one created in C4C. For each quote, navigate to the Products facet.

For the same products, different ATP is determined. Example:

Quote created in ERP > ATP is correctly determined (NOTE: requested date example: 25.02.2022)

Quote created in C4C > ATP is showing available where you expect that it should not be (NOTE: requested date example: 22.02.2022)

Check the given examples: the quotes have different requested dates that cause different ATP results.

The ATP status does not depend on where the quote is created.

The ATP status color is set as:

 - Green if the requested quantity is confirmed fully for the requested date and time.

 - Yellow/orange: There is a confirmation for a quantity greater than zero. However, it’s either just for a part of the requested quantity or the confirmation (for at least a part of the requested quantity) is for a date and time later than it is requested.

 - Red if nothing is confirmed (zero confirmation).

In our example, the quote created in C4C has the same date for confirmation as for requested item schedule lines.

Hence, ATP status color is green.

If you now do another Request for External Pricing, the date differs and an item gets orange.
