3164758 - Errors when saving Requirement: Dereferencing the NULL reference - Missing text in TSL1T

In the Mass-Change Operations and Requirements Management apps, error message appears:

Error when requesting to save changes with response message "HTTP request failed", and the response code is 500 which means Internal Server Error.

Then, checking in transaction /n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG, the error message found is

"dereferencing the NULL reference"

In the CRM Web UI , the same Requirement fails with a BSP error with the text:

In SM21 the associated error message is:

Missing text in TSL1T( id BR A, language E)
