Symptom
- Customer is using Live Activity Integrations using CTI providers such as SAP Contact Center, Sinch, Avaya, etc
- Such CTI provides the Widget Type with the option to logon to said Widget
- Users are unable to logon to the Widget since it appears to be blocked
- User is unable to enter any values in the fields, which prevents them from logon
- The problem does not happen if the widget is launch in stand-alone (outside of the C4C integration)
- Widget XYZ refused to connect (where XYZ is the name of the CTI provider)
