3164770 - 'All Organizational Units' not respecting Tree Security in WFA metrics [Workforce Analytics]

• When including organizational units from Tree Security, the 'All Organizational Units' shows up data only for organizational units that the user has permission for.
• When excluding organizational units from Tree Security, the 'All Organizational Units' shows data for all organizational units (even the ones that the user does not have permission for).

• SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions

This is a known behaviour, which is currently how the product is designed.

Our Engineering team received feedback on that and are aware of this inconsistency with the behaviour of exclude and include nodes. They will re-evaluate it to enhance that functionality in the future products.
