3164855 - MDK project build job keeps using an old Nativescript version

Symptom

  • During the build of an Android MDK Project, a developer gets the following error:

A problem occurred evaluating root project 'ui_pulltorefresh'.
 > Failed to apply plugin 'com.android.internal.library'.
 > Android Gradle plugin requires Java 11 to run. You are currently using Java 1.8.

  • The note 3159124 was applied but it doesn't work as the old nativescript version is still shown during the build
