3164870 - Rating scale labels are not showing correctly language on Interview central as defined on Rating Scale Designer - Recruiting Management

When updating any rating scale label through Rating Scale Designer the same is not reflected on Interview Central.

1. On Admin Center search for "Rating Scales";
2. Open the affected rating scale;
3. Update the labels accordingly;
   
4. Go to "Interview Central";
5. Perform a mouse hover on the Ratings and notice that the label is not reflecting accordingly.

The rating scale labels on Interview Central are based on the user language, which means, that if the customer who is checking the labels is using English UK, the labels showing for the Rating Scales will be ones defined for the English UK language and not for English US.

We need to make sure that the language that is configured for the user who is checking the labels (on the upright corner click on your photo > Settings > Change Language) is the same that was updated on Rating Scale Designer. 

Also, you need to make sure that when updating any label in Rating Scale, the same label gets updated across all the languages, otherwise, we might have a discrepancy between the language's meanings.
