3165005 - Fail to upgrade RDB due to Msg 4601– SRS

• Attempt to upgrade the Replicate Database(RDB) connection by "repserver -upgr" command.
• The following error occurs:
  
  I. 20XX/09/30 10:53:16. Start upgrading database 'xxx.xxx'.
  E. 20XX/09/30 10:53:16. ERROR #1028 GLOBAL RS(GLOBAL RS) - /generic/useful/cm.c(9271)
  Message from server: Message: 4601, State 1, Severity 16 -- 'This permission can only be GRANTed or REVOKEd by owner 'dbo' of object 'rs_ticket_history', or by a user with GRANTable privileges in database xxx''.
