3165090 - Anniversary Card not displaying on the Latest Homepage

Managers with direct reports who have a work anniversary in the current month cannot see the reminder card on their homepage after running the upgrade for the Birthday and Anniversary Card for the latest homepage. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. The correct permissions were not set for the manager.
2. The Service Date field is enabled, but no data is maintained for it.

Check permissions: In Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles if the manager has the permissions as per 3152871 - Prerequisites for showing Birthday and Work Anniversary cards in latest Homepage - SAP for Me , and ensure their direct reports are configured in their target population.

If Service Date field is enabled:

Check in the "Export Extended User Information" if there's data maintained for this field. If not, import the information via "Import Extended User Information";

NOTE: Service Date takes precedent from the Hire Date field. If you have both enabled, the system will pull the information from Service Date field;

• To disable Service Date field, go to Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard > find "Service Date" and set "Enabled" = "No" and save. We recommend that you double check if the field was deleted from data model. If you cannot access Manage Business Configuration, Service Date field has to be disabled from the Data Model in Provisioning. 

NOTE: Do not make any changes in the EC field HRIS Element Service date. Also only disable Service Date field if you are certain you are not using it or maintaining data for it.

Once you import the information or disable the Service Date field, you need to run a HRIS sync and the birthday and work anniversary, Monthly and Daily jobs. This action requires Provisioning access: please engage your partner or raise a case under the component LOD-SF-PLT.
