3165090 - Work Anniversary Card not displaying on Latest Home Page

When upgrading to the Birthday and Anniversary Card for the Latest Home Page, managers with direct reports who have a Work Anniversary in the current month are unable to see the reminder card on the Home Page.

There are two possible causes:

• The correct permissions have not been configured for the manager.
• The Service Date field is enabled, but no data is maintained for it.

1. Check Permissions

In Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles, verify that the manager has the permissions listed in KBA 3152871 Confirm that the manager's direct reports are also included in the target population.

2. Check Service Date Field Data

• If the Service Date field is enabled (Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard > Service Date > Enabled = Yes), use Export Extended User Information to verify whether data is maintained for this field.
• If no data is present, import the information via Import Extended User Information or disable the Service Date field.

Note: The Service Date field takes precedence over the Hire Date field. If both fields are enabled, the system pulls the information from the Service Date field.

• To disable the Service Date field, navigate to Manage Business Configuration > Employee Profile > Standard, locate Service Date, set Enabled = No, and save. It is recommended to verify whether the field has also been removed from the data model.
• If Manage Business Configuration is not accessible, the Service Date field must be disabled from the Data Model in Provisioning.

Note: Do not make any changes to the EC HRIS Element Service Date field. Only disable the Service Date field if it is confirmed that it is not in use and no data is being maintained for it.

3. Run Required Jobs

• After importing the data or disabling the Service Date field, a HRIS sync must be run, followed by the Birthday and Work Anniversary jobs listed below.
• Running these jobs requires Provisioning access. If Provisioning access is not available, engage a partner or raise a case under component LOD-SF-PLT.
