This article provides information on how to include inactive users in the search results on Succession Talent Search.

Talent search by default searches for active users but there is also an option to enable search for inactive users. However, there is no option to search for inactive users only.

To search for inactive users in Talent Search, a specific permission is required for users' access to the option in the feature. You can enable inactive users with the following steps:

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles;
2. Select the target permission;
3. Click "Permission";
4. Under "Talent Search Field" section, scroll down to the bottom of the fields list;
5. Under "Other" section, select the option "Inactive User":
   
   
6. Save changes.

Now, users with this permission granted can see the "Include Inactive User(s)" option in Talent Search page, under "Settings" option:
