3165382 - IBP: Trying to filter Excel Planning View on an existing attribute value produces "No data found".

Symptom

  • In an Excel Planning View, a filter is defined on an attribute value by selecting from the list of available values;
  • but a 'no data found' message is returned.

NOTE: the attribute can be any attribute, but it tends to happen most often with a description attribute (i.e. Customer Description, Product Description).
