3165393 - User login failed when IAS acts as IdP

• When trying to authenticate user on Identity Authentication (IAS) as the IdP, the following error message can be seen:

  Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.

• In the IAS troubleshooting log, the following error can be seen.
