3165393 - User login failed when IAS acts as IdP

Symptom

  • When trying to authenticate user on Identity Authentication (IAS) as the IdP, the following error message can be seen:
    Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.
  • In the IAS troubleshooting log, the following error can be seen. Instructions on viewing the troubleshooting logs can be seen in SAP Help Portal - Identity Authentication : View Troubleshooting Logs.
