3165420 - Connection to HTTP content server in OAC0/CSADMIN failed due to unexpected HTTP proxy is configured

Symptom

  • In OAC0, the connection test to HTTP content server failed. Error message like "Connect Error: Connect to Host <hostname or IP address>" Port <port> error: NIECONN_REFUSED".
    Especially, the <hostname or IP address> and the <port> in the error message is not the same with the configured. HTTP content server.
  • In CSADMIN, the similar error can happen.
  • Also in some other scenario with the connection to HTTP content server, the similar error can happen.
  • HTTP proxy is configured globally in the ABAP system and it's not expected to be used for the connection to HTTP content server.
