3165542 - Forwarded work item visible again in SBWP after replacement

Symptom

  • New work item created and assigned to two users eg. A and B.
  • User A forwards the work item in SBWP to user C.
  • The work item is no longer visible in SBWP for user A and B.
  • User C starts the work item execution and then cancels the execution.
  • User C replaces the work item in SBWP by clicking the "Replace" button.
  • Now the work item is visible to users A, B and C.
