3165737 - Tile created using "Save as tile" does not appear in the Fiori Launchpad when using Spaces and Pages

Symptom

  • Personalized tiles do not appear on Spaces and Pages on the FLP (Fiori Launchpad) but do appear if the system is switched back to the classic view
  • Tile saves with message "Tile saved. Refresh the SAP Fiori launchpad to see the tile in the \{0\} group." but does not appear in the FLP
