3165774 - SAPUI5 Fiori - clicking a button after Microsoft OS upgrade does not work anymore

• A formerly working design that was using SAPUI5 version 1.84.1
• Upgraded Microsoft Operating System (OS) and upgraded Microsoft Edge
• The application started to not be working on a Fiori SAPUI5 button that may call an applet File Upload (i.e., External Program)
• It appears that if you click on the button to launch the button or Upload file button it is not doing anything
• Observation:
  
  1: It appears there is an invisible focus (element) blocking the click (It is like a big block inside the clickable space blocking the click or it is like a foreground invisible image that prevents the onClick to function).
  
  2: Due to no active action is done then no response or event is being sent to the backend
