Symptom

You wish to know if the AskHR is available as a Quick Link or in the Quick Links tile of your SuccessFactors application

Environment

Cause

The only entry point delivered in the standard for the AskHR application is headphone icon in the top header of SAP SuccessFactors

Resolution

There are currently no plans to deliver any other entry point to SAP SuccessFactors AskHR than the headphone icon.
As a potential workaround, you may wish to manually add AskHR as a custom quick link in the Home Page for it to appear in the Favorites quick actions. However it's important to note that SAP won't give support for this custom implementation in case any issue is faced.
