You wish to know if the AskHR is available as a Quick Link or in the Quick Links tile of your SuccessFactors application.

- SAP SuccessFactors AskHR
Cause
The only entry point delivered in the standard for the AskHR application is via the dedicated "messages-like" icon with question mark and exclamation mark in the top header of SAP SuccessFactors.
Resolution
- There are currently no plans to deliver any other entry point to SAP SuccessFactors AskHR than the standard icon.
- As a potential workaround, AskHR could be manually added as a custom quick link in the Home Page for it to appear in the Favorites quick actions. However it is important to note that SAP is unable to provide support for this custom implementation in case any issue is faced.
