3166652 - You see unpublished Form Templates in the form template selection

You have uploaded a new Form template but you have not published it. Nevertheless you can "chose" that form template.

This happens if the form template was for example uploaded as "replace existing Variant".

Whenever there are previous forms, you can check by hitting Versions - the previous form will be shown.

No matter if you publish the new form or not.

This is the expected system behavior.
