The picklist ID configured in Internal and External Applicant Search Settings has been modified, and changed to a different picklist.

When the picklist ID is modified in a field, then the option ID of the previously selected value remains selected as this is the current value in the data base. Since RCM stores the option ID of the picklist value, then that is why the number displays instead of the label -- it is the option ID of the previously configured picklist. When this happens, the values must be re-selected. To remove the old ones, you can select all values, un-select all values again so it will remove everything, and select the correct values.
