3166874 - 'System.__ComObject' does not contain a definition for 'Value' when connecting to EPM Add-in from the BPC web

The following dialog happens when you jump to an EPM workbook from the BPC web by the BPF link or the Launch EPM Add-in link.

• 'System.__ComObject' does not contain a definition for 'Value'.

After you click OK to close this dialog, you can connect to the EPM plugin and perform your work. However, the Activity panel is missing in the EPM plug-in.

The issue happens in the EPM plug-in of the Analysis for Office and does not happen with the standalone EPM add-in.
