3167016 - Create OD in /SCWM/PACK fails with error Delivery split is not allowed

After completely picking and packing an item in an Outbound Delivery Order, user decides to adjust quantity of the other item(s) to zero. Goods Issue is posted on Handling Unit level, or Create Outbound Delivery (OD) button is used on /SCWM/PACK screen (Work Center) for the packed stock to create Outbound Delivery before Goods Issue. The creation of OD (or the Goods Issue) fails with error "Delivery split is not allowed" (Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY430). The same error can occur, if the assignment to a Transportation Unit is created on Delivery Item or Handling Unit level, and user tries to use "Generate Outbound Delivery for TU" in /SCWM/TU menu or post Goods Issue from the TU. The requirement is to allow OD split if only zero quantity items are not in the selection.
