3167020 - E-Verify Records Disposal - Onboarding 1.0

 DHS informed that on April 1, 2022, USCIS will dispose of E‑Verify records that are more than 10 years old, which are those dated on or before Dec. 31, 2011.

• Onboarding 1.0

Onboarding application uses Document Center where "US I9" and "E-Verify Summary" forms still will be available. Dispose in DHS side will not affect to Onboarding Document Center. 

Please use search/download functionality in Onboarding if you would like to get form(s) for an employee.

You also can do report based on form' name and save it to excel file.
To do it:

• Go to Onboarding/Document Center
• Specify a form' name, like "US I9"
• Click "Submit" button
• Click "To Excel" button
