3167230 - Compare Tool not available when using "Advanced Search" to nominate a Successor

When clicking the "Advanced Search" option from the Position Node to search for an Employee to nominate as a Successor, the Talent Search pop up window does not offer the "Compare" tool.

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

1. Succession Org Chart
2. Click in the nomination section of the Position Node
3. Click Advanced Search to search for an Employee
4. Execute Talent Search
5. Select 2 or more employees from the list
6. The "Compare" tool is not listed

There is no Compare tool when using Advanced Search to nominate a user the Succession Module.  This is hardcoded and by design.
