3167334 - Error submitting edoc Mexico

An error appears when you are trying to submit a document for Mexico in Edoc cockpit.

The message may be:

• "No logical port found for comm. scenario SAP_COM_0255, comm. service 0003" OR
• "No communication arrangements for SAP_COM_0255, SERVICE COMMUNICATION 0003." OR
• "Target structure of AIF interface /EDOMX SENDEDOC 3 could not be determined"

Communication issue between eDocument cockpit and tax authority.

As part of CFD 2202.1 release, SAP delivered version 3 of eDocument Interface for Mexico, containing the new legal change for cancellation process, which became mandatory from January 1st 2022.

This is a known issue and the Development Team is working to find a solution.

There is no workaround yet.

As soon as a solution or a workaround is found, we will update this KBA and publish at SAP Community
