3167433 - Planning mode ADSO with error CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL when running data package

Symptom

  • Running all packages results in error “An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause". 
  • SM21 displays message “After the attempt to call a database operation, the database system has returned the error code specified in the message, which indicates that operation concerned could not be executed successfully.” CreatePlanningSession error: 38019 DataType 66 of the view attribute XX is not supported by PLE
    Database error 2048 at EXE
  • The model/ADSO is in planning mode.
  • The issue could happen after a failed transport with error indicates Composite Provider is not active. Then, you reactivate the Composite Provider.
