3167454 - [Onboarding] Formal name field not coming up in new hire and re-hire

Is it possible to have Formal name field in new hire and re-hire screens ?

Formal name filed is not showing up in new hire/rehire name information but it is showing up in new hire show alternate languages and for existing employee's it is showing up both in personal information and show alternate languages pages.

The field is indeed not meant to be shown during the new hire process as the formatting according to the formatting rule is processed post save. 

So it wouldn't make sense to make this field visible during the hiring process at all.

And refactor the code to fill this field onChange is out of reach.
