3167615 - The " Review New Hire Data" shows number of tasks but task is not visible - Onboarding 2.0

When we add onboardees via 'Add new Hire to onboarding', the 'New Hire Data Review' tile shows an increase in count of task but when we try to open the tile, we don't see tasks appearing there.

• This issue seems to be happening as values for standard fields like company are not updated in "USERS_SYS_INFO" table for external onboarding users.
• As a result of which, candidates are not added in the External user country permission group hence user is not visible.

1. The user should use DG filters to add candidates to the permission group based on company.
2. Please refer to SAP Help document for information on how to set DG filters for "External Onboarding Users".

Adding a New Parameter to a Dynamic Group Filter to Extend Permissions

NOTE: 

1. If hire date of candidate is in future, then value of "Extend By N Days " needs to be maintained in DG filters(refer to hep doc for details). Hire date of candidate should lie within current date+"Extend By N Days ".
2. If a candidate has hiring date after 90 days then it won’t be added to the group if the DG filter is set to “Extend by 90 days”.
3. In such a scenario, we can increase the value of  “Extend by N days” and set it to the number of days as per requirement(for eg:100 days or 120 days).
