3167800 - Standard Fiori apps are not asking for transport to save the Public Views or views do not save

Standard Fiori apps are not prompting for a transport request when saving Public Views, despite the activation of the key user check for variants in the Customer layer. This issue persists even after the report UIF/SET_KU_CHECK_FOR_VARIANT has been executed, and relevant users have been assigned the authorization field /UIF/KEYU with a value 'X' in the authorization object /UIF/FLEX.
