- You have a model that is populated through BW import connection.
- After a cleanup routine process, the data was uploaded to the model and now the story does not show any data when you access it.
- In the model you can see the newly loaded data in the dimensions. However, the data does not show in a story using the model.

Cause
One known root case is that the hierarchy is no longer valid after the data is reloaded. The hierarchy may have changed during transports at the same time.
Resolution
Delete the data and the hierarchy in the affected dimension. Then push the data again.
