Symptom

  • JMS Adapter has errors in DS Management Console. But jobs are completed successfully with same JMS adapter.
  • Error: operation error: Timed out. Unable to receive response from the invoked Data Services service. Adapter operation will stop.
    com.acta.adapter.sdk.TimeoutAdapterException: BrokerTimeoutException: exception when processing the message number [XX].
    Check Access Server logs to verify connection to Job Server is active. Check job log for invoked service to verify the job completed. Timed Out, timeout : 118 expired.
  • Operation instance of JMS Adapter has error: JMS GET operation error: Timed out. Unable to receive response from the invoked Data Services service. Adapter operation will stop. com.acta.adapter.sdk.CommunicationAdapterException: BrokerBadMessageException: exception from BrokerClient when processing the message number[xx]. Broker Client is no longer connected to the Broker Host xxxx:port
