3167946 - RKPEP003 line item report does not have "Display options" frame

Symptom

While using the transaction code CJI3N,there is "Display options" frame including 3 parameters on the initial screen.
However in case run the line item report RKPEP003 directly in transaction code SE38, there is no "Display options" frame.
