3167999 - Error during AuC migration FAA_POST 509 - Posting date is not within the permitted date limit

Symptom

During AuC migration getting an error that Posting date YY.YY.YYYY is not within the permitted date limit FAA_POST509.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

The date in tab 'Transaction Headers' should be within the legacy takeover year.

Resolution

Before executing migration go through the general Legacy Data Transfer topic in HelpPortal.

Regarding AuC migration go through Transferring Assets under Construction topic in HelpPortal, where examples also included for both scenarios;

  • Transfer at the End of Fiscal Year for AuC
  • Transfer During the year for an AuC
