3168066 - Error 'Member XXXX of dimension XX is not a base member (parent of formula)' when saving data in EPM add-in

Symptom

  • In EPM add-in, customer clicks Save Data button to save data to EPM add-in report, an error occurs 'Member XXXX of dimension XX is not a base member (parent of formula)'. 
  • EPMSaveData function is enabled.
  • You may also find User option: Send Parent Data to the server on Save Data is checked
