3168181 - IBP SDI agent connection issue: Cannot access remote source ADAPTER Name

Symptom

  • Configured and connected the IBP dev to new SDI agent and when we are adding remote source in IBP, it gives error "Cannot access remote source ADAPTER Name"
  • Framework.trc shows:
    2022-03-17 15:15:15,756 [ERROR] DPFramework | WorkerThread.processRequest  - com.sap.hana.dp.adapter.sdk.AdapterException: Initialization of destination xxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xxxxxx_xxxxxxxx failed: SNC required for this connection on xxxxxxx xxxx 00 Context: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (103) JCO_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Initialization of destination xxxxxxx.xx.xxx.xxxxxx_xxxxxxxx failed: SNC required for this connection on xxxxx xxxx xx
