3168196 - Payment order deletion not possible in Manage Automatic Payments App

When deleting the payment order in "Manage Automatic Payments" app, below error appears.

"The payment order could not be deleted.
Payment media have already been created for payment run XXX XXXX."

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Go to "Manage Automatic Payments" app.
2. Select the payment run and click "Display Payment Order" button.
3. Select the payment orders and click "Delete" button.

Payment media has been created already for the payment run, hence direct deletion of payment order is not possible.

1. Delete the payment media files from the app "Manage Payment Media".
   (Kindly note that, partial deletion of payment media files will not allow the deletion of payment orders. All the payment media files relevant to a payment run should be deleted.)
   
   
2. Then, go to "Manage Automatic Payments" app and delete the payment order.
   (Kindly note that, the open items will be payable again after the payment order is deleted. Please consider the double pay risk before deleting the payment orders.)
