3168200 - Deleted Lead is Still Shown in the Lead OWL

Symptom

Lead was deleted, but it is still visible in the Lead OWL.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Leads view.
  3. The list of all Leads exiting in the system is displayed.
  4. Select the row with Lead ABC, where ABC represent the Lead ID.
  5. Click "More".
  6. Select the option " Initiate Deletion".
  7. Pop up shows "Do you want to delete the selected record?".
  8. Select "Yes". 
  9. Lead ABC is still visible.

Cause

The deleted Lead may still be visible in the Lead OWL until you close and reopen the work list. Simply restart your browser.

Resolution

The user can check the deleted data:

  1. Go to the Administrator work center.
  2. Go to General Settings view.
  3. Select Deleted Data under Data Management section.
  4. Under object filter by the related business object (Leads, Opportunities, Activities, Sales Quotes, Sales Orders, and so on).
